In clinic in North West London and online worldwide

Homeopathic care that treats the person, not only the condition.

Care begins before the symptom does.

Most healthcare starts with the symptom. We start earlier, with a careful look at your physical, emotional and mental health, because lasting recovery depends on understanding the whole person.

Individualized care

Homeopathy only works when the remedy fits the person. We give every appointment the time it needs to get that fit right.

Natural dilutions

Remedies are made from natural sources and highly diluted. They are gentle, and suited to children, adults and older patients.

Root-cause wellness

Relief matters, but it is not the whole aim. We look for what keeps a problem going and work with that directly.

    Dr. Kshama Shah

Trained in both homeopathy and psychiatry, with over eight years of clinical practice.

Dr. Kshama is a qualified homeopath who holds a BHMS degree and an MD in Homeopathic Psychiatry. It is an unusual pairing, and it shapes every consultation: she understands how mental and physical health affect each other, and she prescribes with both in mind.

Homeopathy runs in her family. She grew up watching patients being treated for conditions where conventional medicine had offered little, and that early exposure is what drew her into practice. Today she sees patients at the clinic and offers home visits for those unable to travel.

Her appointments are unhurried by design. No two patients present the same picture, and no remedy should be rushed to fit one. Between visits she follows your progress and adjusts your treatment as your health changes, aiming for the day you need to come back less often, not more.

    Four ways we help.

Every service is built around your case, not a fixed protocol.

    Consultation
Your first appointment is a proper conversation. We go through your health history, current symptoms, emotional patterns and daily life before any remedy is considered. You will be listened to.
    Therapy
Where mental and emotional health is central, Dr. Kshama draws on her psychiatric training together with homeopathic prescribing, giving you care that neither discipline offers alone.
    Follow-ups
Recovery is rarely a straight line, and your remedy may need adjusting as you respond. Follow-up visits let us refine your prescription and give you room to say honestly what has and has not changed.
    Prescription
Your prescription is issued at the end of every consultation. If you are consulting online, remedies can be delivered to your door so treatment can begin without delay.

What your first appointment looks like.

No preparation is needed beyond a few minutes to think about your health history. Here is the journey from first message to first remedy.

Plain-English articles on how homeopathic care works, what to expect, and how it fits alongside your medical care.

What happens at a first homeopathic consultation

A first consultation is mostly a conversation. Expect questions about your main concern, but also about your sleep, appetite, energy, moods and daily routine, and about your health history and your family's. These details help your homeopath choose a remedy that suits you as an individual, not just your diagnosis.

You do not need to prepare much. It helps to bring a list of your current medicines and any recent test results. At the end you will usually leave with a remedy and a plan for when to review progress. Please keep seeing your GP for any medical concern, and never stop prescribed medicine without their advice.

Homeopathy and your GP, side by side

Homeopathy is a complementary approach. It is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or emergency care. If you are thinking of trying it, tell your homeopath about every medicine and supplement you take.

A good practitioner will ask what your doctor has said and will tell you when something needs medical attention. If a symptom is new, severe or getting worse, see your GP first. In an emergency, call 999.

Articles are for general information and do not replace advice from your doctor.

Questions people ask before they book.

If yours is not here, email us and we will answer within one working day.

Do you see patients online or in clinic?

Both. You can visit the clinic after booking an appointment or consult by video from anywhere. Remedies can be delivered if you are consulting online. Home visits can also be arranged for patients who are unable to travel.

    Which languages do you offer?

Consultations are available in English, Gujarati, Hindi and Marathi.

How long is a first appointment?

It can be up to 90 minutes. It is longer than a standard consultation, because we take your full history.

How many appointments will I need?

This depends on you and your concern. We review progress together at each visit and agree the next step, so you are never committed to a long course up front.

Is it safe alongside my current medicines?

Homeopathic remedies are highly diluted. Even so, tell us about everything you take, and tell your GP that you are seeing us.

    Can I bring my child?

Yes. Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who stays for the whole session, as set out in our terms.

What if I need to cancel?

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice so you can be rescheduled or refunded. Shorter notice and missed appointments may incur a fee. See our Terms and Conditions.

    How is my information protected?

Your details are used only to arrange and deliver your care, and are never sold. Read our Privacy Policy for the full details.
